На Буковині в 11 територіальних громадах створили служби у справах дітей, ще дві планують зробити це незабаром. Ідеться про Вижницьку, Новодністровську, Сокирянську, Герцаївську, Глибоцьку, Карапчівську, Новоселицьку, Чагорську, Чернівецьку, Вашківецьку (Дністровський район) та Вашківецьку (Вижницький район) громади. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецької ОДА.
– Дякуємо головам громад, які виконали свій законодавчий обов’язок щодо створення служб у справах дітей. Це дозволяє нам бути спокійними за малюків, які живуть у цих ТГ, особливо в час погіршення епідеміологічної ситуації та складних погодних умов. Закликаємо також решту громад організувати такі служби. Це необхідно, щоб захистити тих, хто цього найбільше потребує, – зазначила заступниця голови Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації Наталія Гусак.
Як пояснила начальниця Служби у справах дітей Юлія Матвієва, фахівці відвідали вже 70% громад області, надаючи консультації та методичну допомогу.
– Окрім створення служб у справах дітей та надання інших соціальних послуг, кожна громада відтепер є також органом опіки і піклування. Тобто саме ТГ належить ухвалювати рішення щодо дітей, які перебувають у складних життєвих обставинах, визначати місце проживання дитини, якщо батьки розлучилися, здійснювати захист майнових прав, продаж та купівлю житла тощо, – пояснила Юлія Матвієва.
