Співробітники сектору дізнання Чернівецького районного управління поліції довели причетність буковинця до підроблення водійського посвідчення. За вказані дії правопорушнику загрожує до двох років обмеження волі.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
На початку січня цього року на спецлінію «102» надійшло повідомлення від співробітників Управління патрульної поліції, що на одній із вулиць Чернівців вони зупинили водія «Renault Scenic» за порушення Правил дорожнього руху, який надав для огляду посвідчення водія з ознаками підробки.
Дізнавачі Чернівецького районного управління поліції з’ясували, що 41-річний житель міста Чернівці самостійно виготовив водійське посвідчення та використовував підроблений документ, знаючи про незаконність своїх дій.
За результатами експертизи було встановлено, що посвідчення водія не відповідає зразку бланку, що перебуває в офіційному обігу на території України.
На підставі зібраних доказів правоохоронці повідомили правопорушнику про підозру у вчиненні кримінального проступку, передбаченого статтею 358 (Підроблення документів, печаток, штампів та бланків, збут чи використання підроблених документів, печаток, штампів) Кримінального кодексу України.
