1 лютого житель села Перебиківці заволодів легковиком свого односельчанина. Правоохоронці розшукали автомобіль та повернули його власнику. За скоєне правопорушнику загрожує до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Під час проведення оперативно-розшукових заходів співробітники відділення поліції №2 (м. Хотин) Дністровського районного відділу поліції виявили транспортний засіб поблизу автобусної зупинки в селі Перебиківці. Правоохоронці з’ясували, що до вчинення кримінального правопорушення причетний 38-річний місцевий житель. Чоловік скористався тим, що власник залишив авто без нагляду з ключами в замку запалення та заволодів ним.
Слідчі поліції повідомили зловмиснику про підозру у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 289 (Незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом) Кримінального кодексу України.
Поліція Буковини закликає громадян бути пильними – не залишайте свої транспортні засоби відчиненими та з цінними речами в салоні, навіть якщо автомобіль припаркований біля вашого будинку.
