13 лютого на спецлінію «101» повідомили про пожежу в багатоповерховому житловому будинку по вул. Кармелюка в м. Чернівцях. Загорання трапилося внаслідок короткого замкнення електромережі на першому поверсі будинку. Через сильне задимлення у під’їзді, мешканці будинку не могли самостійно покинути приміщення.
За вказаною адресою були направлені рятувальники 2 державної пожежно-рятувальної частини м. Чернівці. Одягнувши апарати захисту органів дихання та зору, вогнеборці вивели на свіже повітря 5 мешканців будинку, з них 1 дитину. Переконавшись, що людям не загрожує небезпека, рятувальники ліквідували пожежу в квартирі та не дали вогню поширитись на інші житлові помешкання. Внаслідок пожежі вогонь знищив речі домашнього вжитку, повідомляє Управління ДСНС України у Чернівецькій області.
Також вогнеборці ліквідували пожежі в Сокирянському, Путильському, Кіцманському, Вижницькому, Сторожинецькому та Заставнівському районах.
