Народному депутату вперше повідомили про підозру за кнопкодавство під час засідання Верховної Ради.
Про це повідомила пресслужба Офісу Генпрокурора.
“За дорученням Генерального прокурора прокурорами повідомлено про підозру народному депутатові України за фактами неособистого голосування (ст. 364-2 КК України). Це перший у практиці випадок притягнення до відповідальності за так зване «кнопкодавство»”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
За даними слідства, 21 лютого 2020 року народний депутат застосував персональну електронну картку іншого депутата і здійснив замість нього голосування з метою прийняття трьох поправок до законопроєкту «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів щодо обігу земель сільськогосподарського призначення».
В ОГП зазначають, що парламентарій належним чином викликався до Офісу Генпрокурора на 11 лютого 2021 року для вручення повідомлення про підозру, однак не з’явився та про причини неявки не повідомив. У цьому зв’язку письмове повідомлення про підозру для ознайомлення та вручення направлено до Апарату Верховної Ради, за місцем проживання, на електронну поштову скриньку та на інші відомі стороні обвинувачення засоби зв’язку.
“Наразі вживаються заходи для завершення слідства та скерування обвинувального акта до суду”, – заявили у відомстві.
У разі доведення вини народному депутатові загрожує покарання у вигляді штрафу від 3000 до 5000 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян.
При цьому ім’я народного депутата не називається.
