Буковинські митники вилучили лісоматеріали вартістю майже 500 тисяч гривень.
Про це повідомляє Буковинська митниця Держмитслужби.
В зону діяльності митного поста “Чернівці” Буковинської митниці Держмитслужби до митного оформлення подано митну декларацію з товаром “Пилопродукція хвойна обрізна”.
За результатами проведеного митного огляду вказаного товару на предмет відповідності даних, що були заявлені у митних документах, працівниками митниці було встановлено, що код товару згідно УКТ ЗЕД не співпадає з кодом вказаним у декларації.
Таким чином, декларантом під час здійснення декларування товару, що був поданий до митного оформлення, не заявлено за встановленою формою точні та достовірні відомості про назву та код товару, який підлягав декларуванню.
Зазначені дії мають ознаки порушення митних правил, передбаченого ст.472 Митного кодексу України.
За даним фактом співробітниками відділу митного оформлення №1 митного поста “Чернівці” Буковинської митниці Держмитслужби складено протокол про порушення митних правил. За попередньою оцінкою вартість затриманого товару складає 480 тис. грн.
