Новий генеральний директор МТК “Калинівський ринок” прояснив ситуацію, яка стосується договорів про надання в користування торгівельних місць на території ринку.
Про це йдеться на сайті Чернівецької міської ради.
З його слів, торговельні місця дійсно будуть виставлятись на аукціон, але йдеться саме про новостворені торговельні площі, які є вільними, а не ті, які наразі перебувають у користуванні.
“Закінчення терміну дії договору в жодному разі не є автоматичною підставою для проведення аукціону на продаж торговельного місця, на яке цей договір укладений. Кожне торговельне місце, яке відповідно до договору закріплене за підприємцем, залишається у його користуванні у разі продовження дії договору. Головне – вчасно продовжити цей термін, щоб ваша діяльність залишалась у межах законодавства”, – зазначив Олег Гульпак.
Окрім того, керівник комунального підприємства додав, що нова міська влада готова дбати про кожного підприємця КП МТК «Калинівський ринок» і хоче створити передусім комфортні та чесні умови.
