З 1 січня 2021 року в українських школах в системі шкільного харчування відбудуться значні зміни.
Про це повідомляє “Я і Закон“.
З нового року набув чинності оновлений Санітарний регламент, нові гігієнічні вимоги до харчоблоку, методологія закупівель і система аналізу небезпечних факторів та контролю у критичних точках.
Над впровадженням нової нормативної бази протягом року працювала група, до якої увійшли представники Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі і сільського господарства, Міністерства охорони здоров’я, Міністерства освіти і науки, Держпродпотребслужби і Антимонопольного комітету України.
Новий регламент визначає медичні вимоги безпеки (правила і норми) щодо освітнього середовища у всіх типах установ загальної середньої освіти, а також структурні підрозділи інших юридичних осіб, що забезпечують здобуття загальної середньої освіти (крім спеціальних навчальних закладів) всіх форм власності.
Крім оновлення застарілої нормативно-правової бази, в рамках реформування системи шкільного харчування виділені ще два основних напрямки: підвищення контролю за безпекою та якістю харчових продуктів і ресурсне забезпечення шкіл.
Також документом встановлюються вимоги до організації освітнього процесу, гігієнічні правила складання розкладу навчальних занять і розподілу навчального навантаження протягом тижня, допустима сумарна кількість годин (уроків) тижневого навантаження учнів, вимоги до організації роботи з технічними засобами навчання, організації харчування, медичного обслуговування і т.п.
