У Глибоцькому районі перекинувся вантажний автомобіль «Mercedes-Benz», після чого з вказаним транспортним засобом зіткнувся водій автомобіля «Ford Mondeo». Під час ДТП травмувалися водій легковика та його троє пасажирів. За фактом автопригоди з травмованими слідчі поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Вчора ввечері, 3 січня, до поліції надійшли повідомлення, що на одній з автодоріг зі сполученням Чернівці-Теребляче відбулися дорожньо-транспортні пригоди.
На місце ДТП виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Глибоцького відділення поліції. Правоохоронці встановили, що на автодорозі М-19 в селі Грушівка 44-річний водій вантажівки «Mercedes-Benz» не вибрав безпечної швидкості руху, не впорався з керуванням та допустив з’їзд в кювет з подальшим переданням транспортного засобу. В результаті ДТП водій не постраждав.
Однак після цього на місці попередньої автопригоди відбулася інша. Так, 23-річний водій «Ford Mondeo», рухаючись вказаною автодорогою, не врахував безпечної швидкості руху та інтервалу дистанції і допустив зіткнення із перекинутим під час ДТП автомобілем «Mercedes».
Внаслідок зіткнення постраждав водій «Ford Mondeo», а також троє пасажирів віком від 23 до 37 років.
Слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає до трьох років обмеження волі.
