Вже 16-й рік поспіль у греко-католицькій церкві Різдва Прс. Богородиці та Св. Антонія, що на вул. Капеланській біля з/д вокзалу, зустрічають новий рік.З дотриманням усіх карантинних вимог, чернівчан запрошують до храму і цього року. Про це йдеться в фейсбук-спільноті Католицькі Чернівці.
Зазначається, у ніч з 31 грудня на 1 січня всі зберуться на спільну молитву. О 22. 30 розпочнеться Архиєрейська літургія, яку очолить правлячий єпископ Чернівецької єпархії УГКЦ, владика Йосафат Мощич. Про це повідомляють у храмі.
Традиції збиратися разом на новий рік саме у цьому храмі – вже багато років. Її започаткував настоятель, нині військовий капелан отець Василь Гасинець, парафіяни охоче підтримали.
Після завершення Служби Божої, всі вийдуть на подвір’я храму і у дружньому колі зустрінуть новий 2021-й рік.
Люди за бажанням приносять солодощі чи фрукти. Не буде феєрверків і спиртного, єдине, що символічно – трішки шампанського або глінтвейн. Новий рік усі зустрінуть під церковні дзвони.
У церкві на Капеланській з початку карантину дуже серйозно поставилися до ситуації, в якій опинився весь світ. У храмі необхідно бути у масці, дотримуватися дистанції. Священик причащає у масці, ложечка для причастя дизенфікується.
