Про це повідомляє пресслужба Прокуратури в Чернівецькій області.
Під час судового розгляду доведено, що наприкінці липня 2020 року в Хотині, на території приватного домогосподарства, 57-річний місцевий житель, на ґрунті побутових неприязних відносин, завдав своїй 45-річній співмешканці смертельне ножове поранення.
На момент вчинення злочину чоловік перебував у стані алкогольного сп’яніння.
До набрання вироку суду законної сили він перебуватиме під вартою.
