Постанова Кабінету Міністрів, якою підвищується пільговий тариф на перші 100 кВт-год електроенергії для населення, прийнята з метою уникнення стрімкого зростання тарифу для населення із січня 2021 року.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Міненерго.
“Термін дії чинного механізму ПСО закінчується 01.01.2021, і в разі неприйняття запропонованих змін ціна на електроенергію для побутових споживачів формувалася б на ринкових умовах, що призвело б до різкого, більш ніж в 2,5 рази, зростання тарифу на електричну енергію для населення (до близько 3,3 грн/кВт-год)”, – зазначають у відомстві.
У Міненерго підкреслюють, що зазначеною постановою визначена єдина фіксована ціна на електричну енергію для побутових споживачів – 1,68 грн/кВт-год.
“Фактично, тариф для населення до 31.03.2021 збережений на поточному рівні (без урахування пільгової ціни за перші 100 кВт-год/міс)”, – йдеться в повідомленні.
У Міненерго пояснюють, що зміни дозволять забезпечити фінансову стабілізацію ринку електричної енергії за січень – березень 2021 року і стійку роботу енергетичних підприємств, на яких покладено спеціальні обов’язки щодо забезпечення громадських інтересів (НАЕК “Енергоатом”, ПрАТ “Укргідроенерго”, НЕК “Укренерго”) .
У Міненерго додали, що спільно з НКРЕКП та іншими учасниками ринку електричної енергії протягом наступного місяця мають намір розробити вдосконалений сценарій фінансового збалансування ринку електричної енергії в 2021 році, на підставі якого уряду буде запропонована оновлена редакція ПСО.
