Про це повідомив директор департаменту містобудівного комплексу та земельних відносин Микола Собко на спільному засіданні постійних комісій Чернівецької міської ради.
“Підрядник виявився, м’яко кажучи, непорядним. У судовому процесі є рішення про повернення авансу та штрафні санкції. Також провели тендер і уклали договір”, – сказав Микола Собко.
За словами Миколи Собка, на будівництво басейну необхідно 53 мільйони гривень.
“Департамент підготував пропозицію для міністерства спорту та молоді на співфінансування будівництва басейну. Потрібно було басейн перевести із підпорядкування закладів освіти в управління молоді та спорту. Це вже зробили. У міністерстві прийняли до розгляду наші пропозиції. На будівництво потрібно 53 мільйони гривень, 10% співфінансування має надати міська рада, це приблизно 5 мільйонів гривень”, – сказав Микола Собко.
