Онлайн-презентацію «Культура приготування українського борщу» проведуть 25 грудня Міністерство культури та інформаційної політики України разом з ГО «Інститут культури України». Захід відбудеться за участі Євгена Клопотенка, відомого шеф-кухаря, в межах кампанії на підтримку включення зазначеного елементу до культурної спадщини ЮНЕСКО.

25 учасників із усіх областей України та Криму зберуться на спільному майданчику галереї мистецтв «Лавра», де кожен зварить борщ за власним неповторним рецептом. Усі кухарі – носії давніх регіональних та родинних традицій приготування цієї страви, які ділитимуться своїми секретами і шукатимуть формулу найсправжнісінького борщу.
Процес приготування відбуватиметься одночасно за окремими робочими місцями із дотриманням карантинних норм.
«Мова не йде про гастрономічну ідентифікацію. Це питання захисту важливої культурної складової та частини історії. Визнання борщу об’єктом нематеріальної культурної спадщини ЮНЕСКО – поставить крапку у навмисно створених дискусіях щодо етнічної батьківщини рецепту страви. Адже усі ми знаємо правду: борщ – український», – зазначив Міністр культури та інформаційної політики Олександр Ткаченко.
Буковинці можуть з 11 до 25 грудня приєднатися до Борщ-марафону в соцмережах і викладати рецепти та світлини з борщем, який вони готували власноруч вдома або смакували деінде.
