Вчора ввечері, 17 грудня, по одній із вулиць у Чернівцях 25-річний водій наїхав на пішохода. Внаслідок аварії пішохід отримав численні травми. Слідчі поліції розпочали за цим фактом кримінальне провадження.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Головного управління Національної поліції в Чернівецькій області.
На місці події співробітники Шевченківського відділення поліції встановили, що кермувальник автомобіля “Mazda” допустив наїзд на пішохода. Внаслідок удару чернівчанин отримав політравму. Медики госпіталізували його до лікарні швидкої медичної допомоги, де діагностували закриту черепно-мозкову травму і перелом правої ноги.
За вказаним фактом слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.
Триває досудове розслідування.
