Шевченківський районний суд Чернівців засудив вказаного громадянина до 10 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
Про це повідомили у пресслужбі прокуратури Чернівецької області.
За даними слідства, з вересня 2014 року по теперішній час, 24-річний житель Донецької області бере активну участь в бойових діях проти військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України в складі терористичної організації «ДНР».
Зокрема, був учасником бойових дій проти Збройних Сил України поблизу Донецького аеропорту, н.п. Ясинувата, Дмитрівка, Красний Партизан, Піски та м. Авдіївка Донецької області.
Спеціальне досудове розслідування у вказаному кримінальному провадженні здійснювали слідчі Управління СБ України в Чернівецькій області.
Початок строку відбування покарання правопорушника обчислюватиметься з дня його затримання та приведення вироку до виконання.
