Хотинська міська рада Чернівецької області замовила штучну ялинку та декорації до неї. Раніше у місті прикрашали ялинку, яка росте поблизу районного будинку народної творчості.

Постачальником святкових товарів стане ТОВ “Епіцентр К”, а вартість замовлення — 268 тис. грн. Вона матиме висоту 12 метрів, її стовбур виготовлений з металу, а гілки — із полівінілхлориду, який, згідно з технічним завданням, має “виглядати максимально наближено до живого дерева”. Кріплення та гілки можна розбирати і транспортувати окремо.
Аналогічну за технічною комплектацією ялинку нещодавно придбали у Надвірній (Івано-Франківська обл.) за 150 тис. грн. Однак у Хотині, окрім ялинки, придбають за тим же договором маківку у формі рози вітрів, світлодіодну арку у вигляді ялинкової іграшки та світлодіодні гірлянди. Технічним завданням передбачено, що маківка та світлодіодна гірлянда мають світити не менше 20 тисяч годин. У договорі не зазначено, скільки витратять на ялинку, а скільки на декорації до неї. Головний спеціаліст з бухгалтерського обліку Галина Цвик розповіла, що в міськраді також зацікавились скільки коштуватиме кожна із комплектуючих і пообіцяла надати прайси, як отримають їх.
Окрім переможця, участь у торгах взяли ще два учасники: ТОВ “Вітал сіті груп” і приватний підприємець Олександр Стасюк, однак їхні остаточні цінові пропозиції були на 43,8 та 44,1 тис. грн дорожчими. Економія на тендері становить 14,2% (при розрахунку від очікуваної вартості).
Минулого року Хотинська міська рада замовляла в Олександра Стасюка декоративні конструкції, гірлянди та кулі на 190 тис. грн.

ТОВ “Епіцентр К” зареєстровано у Києві, а його власниками є Тетяна Суржик і Галина та Олександр Гереги, яким належить група гіпермаркетів “Епіцентр”та “Нова лінія”. Олександр Герега є народним депутатом від групи “За майбутнє”.
