Сьогодні, 12 грудня, до поліції надійшло повідомлення, що в селі Михальча Сторожинецького району невідомі особи не впускають прихожан на територію церкви та ймовірно пошкодили майно храму. Про це повідомили у Відділі комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Одразу на місце події виїхали група реагування патрульної поліції та слідчо-оперативна група Сторожинецького відділу поліції. Поліцейські встановили, що між представниками двох релігійних громад виникла суперечка щодо користування культовою спорудою. Внаслідок інциденту пошкодили декілька вікон церкви.
Для забезпечення публічної безпеки та порядку залучено додаткові сили поліції.
Правоохоронці проводять з учасниками зібрання профілактичну роботу наголошують на неприпустимості правопорушень на релігійному ґрунті, роз’яснюють відповідальність за порушення чинного законодавства та забезпечують цілісність церковного майна. Наразі ситуація повністю контрольована.
