Попередньо, транспортний засіб чернівчанина підпалили невідомі особи. Наразі правоохоронці з’ясовують обставини події та встановлюють особу правопорушника.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Вчора, 9 грудня, до поліції надійшло повідомлення про те, що в одному зі спальних районів Чернівців горить автомобіль «Chery». На місці події виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Шевченківського відділення поліції та рятувальники. Попередньо правоохоронці встановили, що автомобіль загорівся внаслідок підпалу невідомою особою.
Слідчі Шевченківського відділення поліції внесли відомості про подію до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 2 статті 194 (Умисне знищення або пошкодження майна) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від трьох до десяти років.
