Неповнолітній буковинець заволодів мотоциклом жителя Хотинського району. Правоохоронці розшукали транспортний засіб, встановили особу правопорушника та повернули власнику його майно. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
До поліції надійшло повідомлення від 71-річного жителя села Бочківці Хотинського району про те, що невідома особа заволоділа його мотоциклом «Іж Планета-5», який він залишив на неогородженій присадибній ділянці.
Слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 289 (Незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом) Кримінального кодексу України.
Під час проведення оперативно-розшукових заходів співробітники Хотинського відділення поліції виявили вказаний транспортний засіб на околиці села.
Правоохоронці з’ясували, що до кримінального правопорушення причетний 15-річний житель сусіднього населеного пункту.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування. Правопорушнику загрожує до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
