Понад 20 мільйонів гривень отримала Чернівецька область торік із державного бюджету на виплату компенсації для придбання житла.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецької ОДА.
Це дало змогу 40 буковинцям із числа пільгових категорій громадян отримати власні оселі. Ідеться, зокрема, про:
- 34 дітей-сиріт та позбавлених батьківського піклування;
- 2 внутрішньо переміщених осіб, які захищали незалежність, суверенітет та територіальну цілісність України;
- 2 осіб з інвалідністю І-ІІ групи, які брали участь у бойових діях на території інших держав;
- 2 осіб з інвалідністю І-ІІ групи, учасників бойових дій, які захищали незалежність, суверенітет та територіальну цілісність України.
Протягом року з дня зарахування коштів на спеціальний рахунок в уповноваженому банку, окреслені пільгові категорії громадян самостійно використовували призначену їм грошову компенсацію на придбання житла як в прийнятих в експлуатацію житлових будинках на первинному (окрім осіб з числа дітей-сиріт, дітей позбавлених батьківського піклування) або на вторинному ринку, так і шляхом інвестування в об’єкти житлового будівництва відповідно до Законів України «Про інвестиційну діяльність» та «Про кооперацію» в будь-якому населеному пункті на території України, крім тимчасово окупованої території та лінії розмежування.
Водночас 2020 року Буковині на виплату компенсації для придбання житла виділено близько 18 мільйонів гривень для 38 осіб, з яких 1 особа з інвалідністю І-ІІ групи, учасник бойових дій, що захищав незалежність, суверенітет та територіальну цілісність України, уже придбав житло на вторинному ринку в Чернівцях.
