Національний поштовий оператор «Укрпошта» застерігає, що шахраї від її імені розсилають клієнтам електронні листи з вимогою сплатити мито на міжнародне відправлення, і закликає ігнорувати їх.
Про це йдеться у повідомленні Укрпошти у Фейсбуці, передає Укрінформ.
«З’явилася прикра інформація про шахрайські дії від імені Укрпошти. Частина клієнтів отримала e-mail розсилку з вимогою сплатити 2:15 мита на міжнародне відправлення. Укрпошта не робить подібних розсилок та не просить залишати дані ваших банківських карток», – зазначено у повідомленні.
Укрпошта просить громадян, які побачили в себе такого листа, видалити його, проігнорувати та в жодному разі не робити те, що вказано всередині.
Компанія запевняє, що нині активно працює над визначенням джерела розсилок, щоб якшвидше припинити цю злочинну діяльність та водночас просить клієнтів бути обережними та ретельно перевіряти інформацію.
