На Буковині триває формування мережі опорних закладів загальної середньої освіти. Так, у 2016-2019 років в області створили 15 таких шкіл та 23 їхніх філії, а цього року – 12 закладів із 18 відділеннями. Про це повідомляє Департамент освіти і науки Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації.
Потреба створення опорних, тобто «головних» шкіл у громаді, пов’язана із реформою децентралізації. Вони покликані покращити якість навчання у сільській місцевості. Такі заклади можуть отримати додаткову державну підтримку на модернізацію та створення нового освітнього простору, до прикладу, комп’ютерну техніку чи обладнання для сучасних кабінетів.
Під час візиту до Хотинської територіальної громади заступниця голови Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації Ірина Ісопенко відвідала Хотинську опорну школу. До її складу входять дві філії – заклад загальної середньої освіти І ступеня «Початкова школа» та Анадольський навчально-виховний комплекс, що наразі проходить процес реорганізації.
У опорній школі навчаються 790 учнів, 77 із них щоденно довозять із ближніх сіл. Цього року Хотинський опорний заклад отримав із державного бюджету 950 тисяч гривень для зведення спортивного майданчика з сучасним покриттям. Також закупили технологічне обладнання для харчоблоку на загальну суму 123 тисячі гривень.
“Зараз, в умовах великих змін, важливо зберегти якісні параметри мережі освітніх закладів, створення належних умов їхнього функціонування й розвитку, нового освітнього простору, удосконалення змісту освітнього процесу, впровадження нових освітніх технологій, розвиток здібностей дітей і підлітків, підвищення престижу професії вчителя та їхнього соціального статусу”, – зазначила Ірина Ісопенко.
За її словами, в області сформували Перспективний план моделювання мережі опорних закладів освіти та їх філій на 2020-2022 роки. Він передбачає створення 36 опорних закладів із 83 філіями.
