Експрем’єр-міністр Володимир Гройсман отримував хабар у 75 млн грн від підозрюваного в заволодінні майном Нацгвардії ексдепутата Максима Микитася.

“18.12.2017 в завуальованій формі, під виглядом укладення договору про купівлю предмета злочину, Гройсману В.Б. було надано, а останнім, за пособництва Коваленка В.Л. на ім’я Гижка Ю.П., отримана для себе неправомірна вигода в особливо великому розмірі майнових прав на нежитлові приміщення … в житловому комплексі “Аристократ”, … на суму 75 450 132,62 гривень, що становить різницю між фактично сплаченою Гройсманом В.Б. сумою грошових коштів та дійсної ринкової вартістю майнових прав на предмет неправомірної вигоди”, – йдеться в постанові.
Водночас, журналіст Владислав Сидоренко на сторінці в мережі Facebook. опублікував саму постанову.
“У розпорядженні редакції “Свободного” постанова Вищого антикорупційного суду, закритого засідання, на якому суддя дає дозвіл на обшуки і вилучення документів щодо одного з об’єктів нерухомості, які належали корпорації Укрбуд. У постанові описується, за яких обставини і де/як, приміщення в центрі Києва площею 2000 кв.м., вартістю понад 75 млн грн, були передані Прем’єр-міністру України Володимиру Гройсману хабар”, – йдеться в повідомленні.
Нагадаємо, 22 жовтня 2019 року Антикорупційний суд заарештував екснардепа Микитася з можливістю застави 80 млн грн. Під варту його взяли просто в залі засідань.
