Сьогодні, 27 листопада, останній день агітації за кандидатів на посаду Чернівецького міського голови. Відповідно до чинного законодавства, передвиборна агітація закінчується о 24 годині останньої п’ятниці перед днем голосування та настає «день тиші».
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
У цей день заборонені будь-які агітаційні заходи, розміщення агітаційних матеріалів у ЗМІ, розповсюдження виборчих листівок, плакатів та іншої друкованої агітаційної продукції кандидатів.
Відповідно до статті 212-10 (Порушення обмежень щодо ведення передвиборної агітації, агітація в день проведення референдуму) Кодексу України про адміністративні порушення, здійснення передвиборної агітації поза встановленими строками карається штрафом на громадян від 30 до 50 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян і на посадових осіб – від 50 до 80 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян.
Поліцейські Чернівецької області цілодобово моніторять ситуацію щодо законності виборчого процесу. Правоохоронці реагують на кожне повідомлення, пов’язане з виборами та закликають громадян не порушувати чинне законодавство і повідомляти про виявлені факти незаконної агітації на спецлінію лінію «102».
