Правоохоронці викрили двох буковинців у підробці документів – Відділ комунікації ГУНП в Чернівецькій області.
Протягом минулої доби на Вижниччині поліцейські виявили двох кермувальників авто, які пред’явили посвідчення водія та свідоцтво про реєстрацію авто з ознаками підробки.
Вчора, 25 листопада, у селищі Берегомет під час патрулювання території обслуговування інспектори сектору реагування патрульної поліції Вижницького відділення поліції зупинили двох водіїв за порушення правил дорожнього руху.
Під час перевірки документів 35-річний кермувальник автомобіля «Opel» надав правоохоронцям свідоцтво про реєстрацію, у якому була невідповідність номерів кузовних агрегатів, а 26-річний водій транспортного засобу «Ford пред’явив недійсне водійське посвідчення
Ці документи поліцейські вилучили та направили для проведення відповідної експертизи.
Дізнавачі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за статтею 358 (Підроблення документів, печаток, штампів та бланків, збут чи використання підроблених документів, печаток, штампів) Кримінального кодексу України.
Порушникам загрожує до двох років обмеження волі.
Триває досудове розслідування.
