Віцепрем’єр, міністр цифрової трансформації Михайло Федоров повідомив про скасування в Україні такого документа як довідка про склад сім’ї.
«Довідка про склад сім’ї відсьогодні не потрібна: під час призначення грошової допомоги у разі загибелі або смерті, інвалідності або часткової втрати працездатності без встановлення інвалідності військовослужбовців; під час процедури оформлення відшкодування витрат, пов’язаних з доглядом ветеранів війни; під час оформлення виплати одноразової грошової допомоги у разі загибелі (смерті), поранення або інвалідності працівника або його звільнення з Держспецзв’язку; під час виплати грошової компенсації особам рядового і начальницького складу служби цивільного захисту за під найм (найм, оренду) житла; під час процедури продовження строку перебування та продовження або скорочення строку тимчасового перебування іноземців та осіб без громадянства на території України; під час отримання військовослужбовцями житлових приміщень або грошової компенсації за належне їм для отримання житлове приміщення», – написав Федоров у фейсбуці.
За його словами, чинним законодавством взагалі не передбачено отримання такої довідки, а також не визначено орган, який видає таку довідку.
За даними Мінцифри, довідка про склад сім’ї втратила чинність наказом Міністерства соціальної політики ще у липні минулого року.
