Зміни до правил дорожнього руху України схвалені за ініціативою МВС, пише ГЛАВКОМ.
З 17 листопада набули чинності зміни до правил дорожнього руху України, прийняті минулого тижня Кабінетом міністрів за ініціативою МВС. Розповідаємо, що важливо і потрібно знати всім учасникам дорожнього руху.
- Водії таксі тепер зобов’язані пристібатися ременем безпеки. Без ременя дозволено їздити лише у межах населених пунктів водіям і пасажирам з інвалідністю, фізіологічні особливості яких унеможливлюють користування ременями безпеки, водіям і пасажирам оперативних та спеціальних транспортних засобів.
- Пасажири, користуючись транспортним засобом, повинні користуватися засобами пасивної безпеки (підголовниками, ременями безпеки, де їх установка передбачена конструкцією), а пасажири з інвалідністю, можуть не користуватися ними тільки якщо їх фізіологічні особливості унеможливлюють користування.
- Пішоходи, які йдуть по узбіччю або проїжджій частині дороги, зобов’язані використовувати світловідбиваючі елементи (стрічки, наклейки, жилети і т.д.) в темний час доби і в умовах обмеженої видимості. Або мати одяг зі світловідбиваючими елементами.
- Велосипедисти отримали право їздити по смугах для руху громадського транспорту.
- Учні, які сідають за кермо навчального автомобіля, повинні мати при собі дійсну медичну довідку, яка засвідчує відсутність протипоказань для керування транспортними засобами.
- Крім того, змінені деякі положення, що стосуються автомобілів і водіїв, що перевозять небезпечні вантажі, і введений новий вид дорожнього знаку 1.40, який тепер буде називатися «зміна покриття» замість давно втратив актуальність знаку «кінець дороги з удосконаленим покриттям».
