Верховна Рада ухвалила закон, який передбачає реорганізацію громад і районів.
Як передає кореспондент Укрінформу, ухвалення відповідного законопроєкту №3651-д у цілому підтримали 301 народний депутат відповідно при мінімально необхідних 226-ти.
Цей закон врегульовує окремі питання організації та діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування та райдержадміністрацій у зв’язку зі змінами в адміністративно-територіальному устрої України. Зокрема врегульовуються питання реорганізації сільських, селищних, міських рад, їх виконавчих органів, районних рад як юридичних осіб публічного права, а також закінчення повноважень їх очільників у зв’язку зі змінами в адміністративно-територіальному устрої України.
Закон також врегульовує питання правонаступництва щодо майна, прав та обов’язків громад, території яких були включені до затверджених урядом ОТГ, і райрад, які представляли спільні інтереси тергромад ліквідованих районів.
Закон продовжує до закінчення бюджетного періоду виконання бюджетів громад, прийнятих до затвердження урядом територій громад у регіонах, та бюджетів районів, які ліквідовані Радою.
Окрім того, врегульовується питання утворення та реорганізації районних державних адміністрацій та передбачаються особливості державної реєстрації щодо органів місцевого самоврядування та райдержадміністрацій як юридичних осіб публічного права у зв’язку зі змінами в адміністративно-територіальному устрої України.
