Політична партія «Партія Чернівчан» звернулась до суду із позовом про скасування протоколу про результати виборів до Чернівецької міської ради.
Про це повідомив у Facebook юрист Олександр Маркідонов.
«ТВК, далеко не розходьтесь – після вихідних доведеться виконати обов’язок щодо підрахунку голосів, навіть, якщо страшно відкрити «скриньку пандори». Хлопцям з ЦВК передайте, що за якість наданих ними послуг (після скасування всіх рішень прийнятих під їх наглядом та/або консультацій), обов’язково буде ініційовано службове розслідування. Партії, готуйтесь до замін в складі ТВК», – йдеться у повідомленні.
Крім того він написав, що буде ініційоване службове розслідування діяльності у Чернівцях делегації з Центрвиборчкому та анонсував зміни у складі ТВК.
