До 2022 року 90% населених пунктів України мають бути забезпечені якісним швидкісним Інтернетом. Це – пріоритет держави, над реалізацією якого мають працювати усі регіони.
Про це заявив Міністр цифрової трансформації Михайло Федоров
На Буковині проведенням швидкісного Інтернету займаються мобільні оператори Vodafone Ukraine та «Київстар».
«Ми налагоджуємо співпрацю адміністрації та органів місцевого самоврядування з операторами мобільного зв’язку. Разом сприятимемо швидкому розширенню покриття 4G в Чернівецькій області», – зазначив заступник голови Чернівецької ОДА з питань цифрової трансформації Роман Скигар під час наради із керівником технічного центру «Vodafone» у Чернівцях Борисом Вакарчуком. Разом з першим заступником голови ОДА Богданом Ковалюком вони обговорили будівництво нових базових станцій 4G на Буковині.
«У 2020 році в Чернівецькій області переобладнали й запустили 46 базових станцій. В 2021 плануємо будівництво нових. Проблем із впровадженням швидкісного Інтернету, які неможливо вирішити, на Буковині немає. Складно працювати у гірських районах, адже там специфічні умови. Загалом же у процесі роботи нам доводиться залагоджувати питання землевідведення, до того ж, зважаючи на карантинні обмеження, багато часу ми витрачаємо на погодження технічних аспектів», – зазначив Борис Вакарчук.
Крім того, компанія «Київстар» також продовжує розвивати швидкісний Інтернет на Буковині. Так у серпні 4G з’явився ще у 24 віддалених пунктах в Глибоцькому, Сторожинецькому, Кельменецькому, Кіцманському, Новоселицькому та інших районах області. Роботи у цих напрямках тривають.
