За даними рутинного епідеміологічного нагляду за 45 тиждень 2020 року в Чернівецькій області зареєстровано 3738 випадків ГРВІ, з яких 1152 серед дітей (30,8 %). Інтенсивний показник захворюваності становить 416,00 на 100 тисяч населення, що на 17,5% менше епідемічного порогу. Порівняно з минулим 44 тижнем захворюваність зросла на 2,7%.

Також на 45 тижні в Чернівецькій області зареєстровано низький рівень перевищення епідемічного порогу у Сокирянському районі на – 7,1%, в Чернівцях – на 9,2%, середній рівень перевищення епідемічного порогу у Кіцманському районі на – 13,8%, Вижницькому районі – на 19,5%, та високий рівень перевищення епідемічного порогу у Путильському районі – на 40,5%. В інших районах активність гострих респіраторних вірусних інфекцій перебувала на неепідемічних рівнях.
У Чернівцях за 45 тиждень 2020 року зареєстровано 1447 випадків ГРВІ, з яких 318 дітей. Госпіталізовано 5 хворих дітей.
Рівень інтенсивності епідемічного процесу захворюваності гострими респіраторними вірусними інфекціями є низьким, показник вище епідемічного порогу на 9,2 %. Порівняно з минулим тижнем захворюваність знизилась на 5,8%.
Усього в епідемічному сезоні 2020-2021 років в Чернівецькій області зареєстровано 19464 випадків ГРВІ, з яких 8263 серед дітей (42,4%). Госпіталізовано 217 осіб (1,1% від загальної кількості недужих), з них 66 дітей.
Із початку епідемічного сезону проти грипу вакциновано 481 особу.
