У Чернівецькій області сьогодні ввечері мікроавтобус Mercedes-Benz Vito допустив наїзд на жінку-пішохода, внаслідок чого вона загинула. Про це повідомляє пресслужба головного управління нацполіції в Чернівецькій області.
Зазначається, що автопригода сталася на автодорозі між селом Ломачинці та містом Новодністровськ.
Виїхавши на місце ДТП, поліцейські попередньо з’ясували, що 38-річний водій мікроавтобуса “Mercedes-Benz Vito” допустив наїзд на жінку пішохода, яка йшла по дорозі.
Внаслідок отриманих тілесних ушкоджень потерпіла загинула на місці події.
Наразі слідчі поліції вирішують питання щодо відкриття кримінального провадження за ознаками правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 2 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від трьох до восьми років з позбавленням права керувати транспортними засобами на строк до трьох років.
