Так, на сьогодні виробники пропонують картоплю до продажу по 5,50-7,50 грн/кг ($0,19-0,26/кг), що в середньому на 10% дорожче, ніж в кінці минулого робочого тижня.
За словами, фермерів, підвищувати ціни в даному сегменті їм дозволив не тільки високий попит, але і скорочення пропозиції даної продукції від дрібних господарств та населення, оскільки збиральна кампанія вже пройшла свій пік.
Оператори ринку відзначають, що зростання цін не сприяло зниженню попиту на картоплю, у зв’язку з чим вони не виключали, що наступного тижня фермери будуть робити спроби вкотре підвищити ціни в даному сегменті.
