У п’ятницю завершується термін встановлення територіальними виборчими комісіями результатів місцевих виборів 25 жовтня.
Про це повідомляє Центральна виборча комісія у Фейсбуці.
“6.11. Про довгоочікувані результати. Де вони? У ТВК. Згідно з Виборчим кодексом сьогодні останній день встановлення результатів територіальними виборчими комісіями. Більшість ТВК надіслала до ЦВК повідомлення про результати”, – розповіли в ЦВК.
У ЦВК також відзначили, що деякі ТВК поки не надіслали результати, але це не означає, що вони їх не встановили.
“Річ у тім, що закон не передбачає термінів надання інформації територіальними комісіями до ЦВК. Їхнє завдання — вкластись у дедлайни щодо встановлення результатів виборів”, – пояснили в Центрвиборчкомі.
Зазначається, що після встановлення результатів ТВК повинні оприлюднити їх у місцевих друкованих ЗМІ, на сайті відповідної ради чи ТВК та надіслати повідомлення про результати виборів до ЦВК.
