В Україні можуть ввести штраф за перебування в громадських будівлях та транспорті без одягнених засобів індивідуального захисту. Його виписуватимуть відразу на місці. Про це на брифінгу повідомив міністр охорони здоров’я Максим Степанов.
“Законопроєкт передбачатиме конкретний штраф за неносіння масок від 170 до 255 гривень. Причому протокол про штраф писатимуть відразу на місці, а не так, як було раніше, коли складали протокол, передавали його в суд, а суд потім вирішував накладати штраф чи ні. Тому у нас менше 5% або менше 3% були застосовані штрафні санкції як до громадян, так і для організацій”, – сказав Степанов.
Він зазначив, що зараз це буде такий же механізм, як і в разі порушення правил дорожнього руху. Штраф можуть накладати працівники Нацполіції, епідемічного контролю, органів місцевого самоврядування.
“Я дуже вдячний народним депутатам, що вони підтримали цей законопроєкт, і зараз розраховую на його ухвалення в сесійній залі Верховної Ради. Нам це необхідно”, – додав Степанов.
