За процесуального керівництва військової прокуратури Чернівецького гарнізону 3 листопада 2020 року затримано мешканця Буковини на вимаганні та одержанні неправомірної вигоди для передачі їх члену військово-лікарської комісії одного з районних військових комісаріатів (ч. 3 ст. 368 КК України). Про це повідомляє Спеціалізована прокуратура у військовій і оборонній сфері Західного регіону у Facebook.
За даними слідства, хабар у розмірі 3000 доларів США призначався за визнання двох громадян непридатними для проходження строкової військової служби.
На даний час тривають першочергові слідчі дії. Вирішуються питання про повідомлення правопорушнику про підозру та обрання запобіжного заходу. Перевіряється причетність члена ВЛК до вказаної протиправної діяльності.
Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснюється Слідчим управлінням Головного управління Національної поліції в Чернівецькій області, оперативний супровід – відділом по боротьбі з корупцією та організованою злочинністю Управління СБУ в Чернівецькій області.
