Конституційний суд позбавив НАЗК доступу до державних реєстрів, необхідних для проведення спеціальної перевірки декларацій кандидатів на керівні посади до органів влади. Без цієї перевірки жоден керівник державного органу не може бути офіційно призначений на посаду.
Про це повідомляє голова Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції Олександр Новіков, цитує пресслужба відомства.
Як зазначили у НАЗК, суд фактично заблокував реалізацію результатів місцевих виборів, оскільки призначення кандидатів, обраних на посади, зокрема голів обласних, районних рад та їх заступників, можливе лише після проходження ними спецперевірок.
«Конституційний суд своїм рішенням не лише знищує антикорупційну систему в Україні, а й паралізує роботу органів місцевого самоврядування та всього державного апарату», — зазначив голова НАЗК.
