Касаційним кримінальним судом у складі Верховного Суду залишено без змін вирок Чернівецького апеляційного суду від 22.10.2019, яким начальницю Державної служби з лікарських засобів та контролю за наркотиками у Чернівецькій області засуджено до 5 років позбавлення волі за одержання неправомірної вигоди (ч. 3 ст. 368 КК України).
Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури у Чернівецькій області.
За даними слідства, чиновниця одержала 2400 доларів США неправомірної вигоди від суб’єкта підприємницької діяльності за невключення його до плану перевірки на 2019 рік.
У касаційній скарзі засуджена та сторона захисту просили скасувати рішення суду апеляційної інстанції, а провадження закрити.
Однак, Верховний Суд погодився з доводами сторони обвинувачення та залишив касаційну скаргу без задоволення.
