На Буковині за один день висадили 60 тисяч дерев. Лісівники, школярі, громадські діячі, представники органів влади і місцевого самоврядування, військові та журналісти, а також усі охочі взяли участь у всеукраїнській акції «Озеленення України». Її учасники 17 жовтня мали висадити мільйон дерев. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецького обласного управління лісового та мисливського господарства.
Загалом висаджували ліс у 11 лісогосподарських підприємствах краю, як у рівнинних, так і гірських. В більшості з них нині доповнювали раніше створені масиви – висаджували сіянці на місці рослин, які не прижилися, або ж загинули, та садили породи дерев, яких не вистачало, на ділянках природного поновлення лісу.
Суцільне заліснення в рамках акції наразі проводили у Сокирянському і Хотинському лісгоспах та Карпатскому, Вижницькому і Сторожинецькому держспецлісгоспах агропромислового комплексу.
Бажання садити ліс виявили близько тисячі осіб. Загалом ж озеленення в Чернівецькій області проводили на території в 35 гектарів.
Найбільше дерев потрапило у відкритий ґрунт у Чернівецькому лісгоспі – майже 14 тисяч, та Хотинському – більше 11 тисяч.
«Усього використали на озеленення Буковини майже 60 тисяч сіянців і саджанців із розсадників лісогосподарських підприємств краю. А враховуючи показники весняних заходів з відтворення лісів на Буковині, лісівниками висаджено майже три мільйони дерев», – повідомив начальник Чернівецького обласного управління лісового і мисливського господарства Василь Гончар.
