У результаті шахрайських дій правопорушниця заволоділа коштами буковинця. За це жінці загрожує до трьох років обмеження волі.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
В липні цього року до поліції звернувся 31-річний житель Герцаївського району та повідомив про те, що перерахував невідомій особі майже 18 тисяч гривень за оренду квартири. Пізніше з’ясувалося, що ця людина кошти отримала незаконно, оскільки не є власником квартири.
Поліцейські Шевченківського відділення поліції опитали заявника та з’ясували, що він шукав у Чернівцях орендоване житло та натрапив на оголошення в мережі Інтернет. Відповідно до умов договору, чоловік перерахував невідомій особі на картку 17500 гривень за півроку проживання у квартирі. Коли кошти надійшли до отримувача, він перестав відповідати на телефонні дзвінки заявника.
У результаті проведених оперативно-розшукових заходів поліцейські встановили особу порушниці. Нею виявилася 20 – річна жителька Хотинського району. Жінка шахрайським шляхом заволоділа коштами буковинця за оренду чужого житла.
За результатами досудового розслідування обвинувальний акт затверджено прокурором та направлено для розгляду до Шевченківського районного суду міста Чернівці. Порушниці інкримінують вчинення кримінального проступку, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 190 (Шахрайство) Кримінального кодексу України.
Правоохоронці нагадують буковинцям: щоб не стати жертвою аналогічних шахрайських дій, необхідно користуватися перевіреними сайтами та ресурсами для пошуку оренди житла.
