На Путильщині прикордонники Чернівецького загону затримали двох буковинців, які разом зі спільниками намагався незаконно переправити через кордон значну партію тютюнових виробів. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецького прикордонного загону.
Чоловіків прикордонний наряд відділу «Селятин» виявив цієї ночі, у ході перевірки державного кордону. Невідомі якраз прямували зі своїми ношами в бік україно-румунського рубежу. Помітивши правоохоронців правопорушники вдались до втечі, залишивши біля кордону пакунки зі сигаретами.
Слід зазначити, що в той же час на місце виявлення пачкарів вибула група реагування. Під час пошукових заходів прикордонникам вдалося вийти на слід втікачів, їм в цьому допоміг службовий собака. Як результат, охоронцями кордону затримано двох осіб причетних до переміщення тютюнової контрабанди. Ними виявилися 24 та 32 – річні мешканці населеного пункту Путила та Сергії Путильського району.
Наразі тривають заходи по встановленню кола осіб причетних до спроби незаконного переміщення сигарет через кордон.
Щодо чоловіків, то їх доставлено до відділу «Селятин» та притягнуто до адміністративної відповідальності за ч.1. ст. 204-1КУпАП, незаконне перетинання або спроба незаконного перетинання державного кордону України.
Тютюнові вироби марки «Фест» та «Марбле» в кількості майже 7 тисяч пачок вже незабаром будуть передані співробітникам Буковинської митниці.
