До поліції Чернівецької області повідомили про те, що у будинку культури в селі Росошани під час зустрічі власників земельних паїв керівник фермерського господарства пропонував присутнім гроші, щоб вони проголосували на місцевих виборах за нього та ще одного співробітника підприємства, як за кандидатів в депутати Кельменецької селищної та Дністровської районної ради.
Про це повідомляє Поліція Чернівецької області.
Для опрацювання повідомлення на місце події одразу виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Кельменецького відділу поліції.
Правоохоронці опитали свідків та очевидців події. Наразі поліцейські проводять перевірку отриманої інформації.
За вказаним фактом слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 4 статті 160 (Підкуп виборця, учасника референдуму) Кримінального кодексу України.
Санкція статті передбачає позбавлення волі на строк від п’яти до семи років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади або займатися певною діяльністю на строк від одного до трьох років.
