Міністерство розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства своїм наказом замінило обов’язкове ведення паперової Книги відгуків та пропозицій на сучасні цифрові інструменти захисту прав споживачів.
Як передає Укрінформ, про це повідомила пресслужба Мінекономіки.
Як зазначається, минулого тижня офіційно набув чинності наказ Мінекономіки, який скасовує обов’язковість ведення Книги відгуків та пропозицій. Це стало черговим кроком в напрямку дерегуляції, цифровізації бізнес-процесів та зменшення застарілих норм.
Так, до цього підприємці були змушені витрачати час та значні кошти на адміністрування Книги відгуків та пропозицій, яка знаходилася у кожному торговому відділі та у кожному залі закладу громадського харчування. В рік, за підрахунками міністерства, такі витрати перевищували 44 млн грн. В цю суму включались організаційні витрати, призначення відповідального за неї, розгляд скарг. У Мінекономіки зауважують, що наявність Книги не гарантувало розв’язання проблемних питань, які виникали у покупців.
Наголошується, що в сучасному світі є більш ефективні та зручні інструменти контролю та захисту прав споживачів. Так, можна залишати свої відгуки через “гарячу лінію”, електронне та класичне листування чи соціальні мережі. Крім того, сьогодні споживачі можуть звернутися до Держпродспоживслужби та її територіальних органів за захистом порушених прав як в паперовому, так і електронному вигляді. В територіальних органах Держпродспоживслужби та в багатьох місцевих держадміністраціях створені та функціонують консультаційно-інформаційні служби, де споживачі можуть отримати інформацію та допомогу по захисту своїх прав. Така практика цілком відповідає європейським та світовим стандартам, сприятиме налагодженню ефективної комунікації між бізнесом та споживачем й дозволить зменшити кількість “формальних” перевірок бізнесу.
