Інцидент стався в липні цього року в одному зі спальних районів Чернівців. Під час суперечки між двома чоловіками один з них наніс іншому декілька ножових поранень. Слідчі Чернівецького відділу поліції зібрали достатньо доказів винуватості зловмисника та направили обвинувальний акт до суду. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
В процесі досудового розслідування поліцейські встановили, що ввечері 12 липня між двома чернівчанами, віком 25 і 48 років, виникла словесна суперечка, що переросла в конфлікт. Під час інциденту старший із чоловіків наніс своєму опоненту чотири удари ножем, завдавши колото-різані рани, в тому числі й проникаючі. Правопорушник раніше вже був неодноразово судимий.
Згідно з висновком експерта, нападник спричинив потерпілому легкі тілесні ушкодження рук і тулуба у вигляді різаних ран, а також дві проникаючі колото-різані рани, які належать до тяжких тілесних ушкоджень і є небезпечними для життя.
Слідчі Чернівецького відділу поліції повідомили чоловікові про підозру у скоєнні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 121 (Умисне тяжке тілесне ушкодження) Кримінального кодексу України. Після завершення досудового розслідування поліцейські склали обвинувальний акт і скерували його до суду для розгляду.
