«Київстар» запроваджує нові правила завантаження даних через мобільний інтернет, які компанія називає «політикою справедливого використання». Про це повідомляють на сайті ІТС.
Тепер замість 3 ГБ трафіку на добу на максимальній швидкості або 90 ГБ на 30 днів користувачі безлімітних тарифів отримають 40 ГБ трафіку на максимальній швидкості на місяць для контракту і на 4 тижні для попередньої оплати. Після цього швидкість завантаження впаде до 0,8 Мбіт/с, і як швидко це трапиться залежить від абонента.
Відповідні зміни поки не опубліковані на сайті оператора. Вони почнуть діяти після 5 жовтня.
У пресслужбі оператора додають, що, за їхніми даними, 40 ГБ вистачає для більшості користувачів, а якщо ні, то можна замовити послугу «Турбо кнопка», яка, як обіцяють в «Київстарі», стане доступною після 5 жовтня і дозволить за 10 грн докупити 1 ГБ трафіку до кінця дня.
Наскільки цього буде достатньо для активних користувачів, у пресслужбі складно сказати, особливо в умовах пандемії, коли мобільний інтернет почали частіше використовувати для відеоконференцій, а 30-хвилинний відеодзвінок в Zoom тягне 2-2,5 ГБ трафіку.
