Кабінет міністрів підготував законопроект, який посилює відповідальність за домашнє насильство та насильство за ознаками статі для військовослужбовців, поліцейських та інших осіб, на яких поширюється дія дисциплінарних статутів. Про це повідомив у своєму Telegram-каналі народний депутат Олексій Гончаренко.
За його словами, такі особи нестимуть адміністративну відповідальність на загальних підставах.
Як повідомляє пресслужба уряду, законопроектом пропонується внести зміни до Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення, які передбачають:
- притягнення військовослужбовців та інших осіб, на яких поширюється дія дисциплінарних статутів, до відповідальності на загальних підставах за вчинення домашнього насильства та насильства за ознакою статі;
- приведення у відповідність до законодавства переліку осіб, на яких поширюється дія дисциплінарних статутів;
- розгляд справ про адміністративні правопорушення за статтею 1732 КУпАП без обов’язкової присутності особи, яка притягується до адміністративної відповідальності, якщо така особа була належним чином повідомлена, проте не з’явилась на судове засідання.
Зміни спрямовані на забезпечення належного реагування у разі вчинення домашнього насильства та насильства за ознакою статі військовослужбовцями, поліцейськими та іншими особами, на яких поширюється дія дисциплінарних статутів, і посиленню відповідальності цих осіб за вчинення таких правопорушень.
