Загорання храму в селі Лукавці сталося 15 квітня цього року. Вогонь повністю знищив дерев’яну культову споруду. За висновком експерта, церква загорілася внаслідок підпалу.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Під час досудового розслідування співробітники Вижницького відділення поліції швидко встановили особу зловмисника – 17-річного місцевого жителя. Дії хлопця кваліфікуються за ознаками статті 178 (Пошкодження релігійних споруд чи культових будинків) та частини 2 статті 194 (Умисне знищення або пошкодження майна) Кримінального кодексу України.
За результатами судово-психіатричної експертизи встановлено, що на момент скоєння підпалу порушник був неосудним і не може відповідати за скоєння кримінального правопорушення.
За результатами досудового розслідування поліцейські скерували матеріали до Вижницького районного суду для розгляду.
