Сума завданих держбюджету збитків складає 700 тисяч гривень.
Слідчі обласного управління Нацполіції та оперативники Управління стратегічних розслідувань в Чернівецькій області під процесуальним керівництвом Чернівецької обласної прокуратури викрили протиправну схему привласнення бюджетних коштів, призначених для ремонту доріг.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Правоохоронці з’ясували, що в 2017 році одна із сільських рад уклала договір з підрядником про капітальний ремонт дороги. Вартість робіт оцінили в 1 мільйон 120 тисяч гривень. У листопаді 2018 року сторони договору підписали акти прийому робіт в повному обсязі, хоча фактично підрядник виконав зобов’язання лише на 30 відсотків.
Бюджетні кошти, привласнені через завищення обсягів виконаних робіт, представники підрядника розподілили між собою. Своїми діями вони завдали державі збитків на 700 тисяч гривень.
Слідчі поліції повідомили зловмисникам про підозри у скоєнні кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених частиною 5 статті 191 (Привласнення, розтрата майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем), частиною 3 статті 28 (Вчинення кримінального правопорушення групою осіб, групою осіб за попередньою змовою, організованою групою або злочинною організацією), частиною 2 статті 366 (Службове підроблення) та частиною 4 статті 358 (Підроблення документів, печаток, штампів та бланків, збут чи використання підроблених документів, печаток, штампів) Кримінального кодексу України. Наразі вирішується питання обрання підозрюваним запобіжних заходів.
