Третій етап пілотної сертифікації вчителів початкових класів 2020 – вивчення практичного досвіду роботи – відбудеться з 12 жовтня до 6 листопада. Він пройде незалежно від рівня епідемічної небезпеки в регіонах, де розташовані школи учасників.
На Буковині сертифікацію проходитимуть 49 педагогів.
Експерти вивчатимуть практичний досвід учасників через анкетування адміністрації закладу освіти і керівника методичного об’єднання, проведуть співбесіду з учителями, а також моделювання педагогічних ситуацій.
Третій етап сертифікації відбудеться без відвідування уроків експертами. Натомість під час нього використовуватимуться платформи Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets тощо.
Результати пілотної сертифікації вчителів початкових класів 2020 будуть відомі 1-11 грудня.
Нагадаємо, першу сертифікацію у 2019 році успішно пройшли 20 педагогів Чернівецької області із 26 зареєстрованих.
Сертифікація-2020 має низку новацій: ліміт учасників збільшено до 51 для Чернівецької області (у 2019 році квота становила 26 осіб), змінено порядок етапів та встановлено відсіювання після кожного з них.
Успішне проходження сертифікації дозволяє отримувати надбавку в 20% до зарплатні протягом трьох років. Також сертифікат може зараховуватись як проходження чергової (позачергової) атестації.
